Hello, need some help.
I installed Potato app for first time and is working fine but i have a question. I get the channels to work (no numbering through - don't know if its like that), but i'm not getting the guide within the Video addon. I can get the guide through the IPTV PVR side (TV, then guide), but not inside Potato. It's supposed to be like that or did i something wrong? cuz in the first page pics it seems to show the channels plus what's showing. Thanks

FYI,
1. I found out that KODI 17 has a bad performance in displaying movie playlist with metada
the KODI 17 will take longer time to load the playlist than KODI 16
my test with the same playlist of 3100+ movies:
2. I also defined a shortcut key for watching a trailer instantly, by pressing the letter "t" (lowercase)
and it requires:
- my patched version of "TRAILER SHORTCUT" addon (originaly code by: Reggs)
You can find it in my repo @ Program add-ons directory
- you also have to install couch potato's preset keymap
- quit & restart Kodi

and if you've also installed my preset keymap,
you will be able to return to the potato tv addon by pressing "ESC" or by right-clicking the mouse button

2) I'm not getting the color EPG...... and I'm using Aeon Nox (V6.1) skin..... is that still the culprit ?
your latest version is a lot more stable. Previous ones I had to disable as it locked up on loading when starting Kodi. So far no issues with your latest.
FYI running Kodi 17.2 (with nightly updates). ARM7.1, Android 5.1.1 API level 22 BOX: MXIII-G Build# 108L1 Kernal Version 3.10.33 (Oman's)

2. Then enables PVR Simple client
3. When I enter TV guide, It says 'PVR settings have not been done yet. Clear cache and get a new token. I cleared cache, and this same message repeats itself.
Also, where is this preset keymap located to install?

maybe you haven't tried to quit & restart kodi after performing the auto settings, have you ?
the color epg works properly on my kodi 17 + aeon nox
for better performance, you could try the FTMC instead of the original Kodi
which support your video (amlogic) with hardware acceleration
1. clear caches
2. auto-setting: pvr (including all blah-blah-blah)
3. quit & restart kodi

Go to the SImple Client PVR
default the info for that as well

Select your local time zone
Ensure live tv is working via the addon
Once it is Then click the button to setup pvr
Clear Cache Purge Packages Clear Thumbs
Exit and Reload Kodi
Enable Live Tv
Sit back and enjoy the pretty pretty guide
