if they are on your local net you are owned yes, that's why you have a hopefully have a router, using a public ip address on anything else is crazy.

thats the only way someone is going to be able to sniff out what URLS people are going to.. unless your/some ISP has been compromised... if thats the case the hackers are going to be after far better things than NFPS accounts...

again, stealing someones account info is useless.. it will jsut get the account terminated.

sorry forgot a step... change timezone in your OS...

then turn off auto time and set your time manually..
its jsut a thought... would like some feedback if it works until something better can be added in the future.. if it doesnt work, use the version of stalker that coems with kodi and use NFPSF2 or F4

Time zone of OS is changed but I'm sorry, where is the auto time setting, set to off, located?

If I want to use the NFPSF2 what exactly would my settings and url in the stalker be. I am using the KODI built in..

im not sure totally depends on your OS, that can be different on every device..

If all else fails.. look back to the OP and use one of the alternative url's with the version of stalker that comes with kodi.

OMG! I think that finally did it! I used the new alternative URL with NFPSF1, no time zone change in Kodi, default CST change in OS, and it works! Time is correct now.

New guide is so colorful now. What does the colors mean?

PPV channels are also visible! Cheersss!!!

EDIT: Stumbled upon the lag on the amazon stick again. NFPSF1 shows 900+ channels with different countries/languages instead of English only. What can I do??

the windows NFPS plugin works fine. Proper time and ppv load

Android NFPS does not work on shield (tried both) (must be the processor) (x86 can not load application , android can not load dll)

kodi stock stalker 0.8.4 works but timezone is messed up and no ppv. (with serial etc)

setting time zone -1 hour from my location and setting time back 1 hour in 'ANDROID OS' fixed the guide time +1 hour error and also allowed kodi stock stalker 0.8.4 to pull the ppv channels

Thanks everyone for getting that all sorted

android plugins not working on NVidia shield tv (willing to test for you)

I don't see colors, I DO SEE the ppv , but I also see the non English channels on NFPSF1 , cleared data and restarted 3 times...also I noticed the epg.ninja site backdrop has a live tv picture window in the guide... should we have this?

Maybe its my 1080ex skin.. no idea

edit: I have colors in other skins :)

I spoke too soon. After clearing data and restarting Kodi, when a channel is live, pressing back to the guide and then trying to play a different channel crashes kodi... (fire stick)

colors on the channels in guide:View attachment 1252

EDIT: Choosing Channels instead of Guide is perfectly fine though....will continue testing...

its a ram issue, you need to run lite skin like the appletv or the eminence.. make sure other things are turned off on the actual firetv os (ie. google play movies, games etc) I don't have a fire tv but I have a nexus player with 1g ram and it crashes on the live tv guide everytime due to ram

Amazon fire tv has 2gb ram with 1gb ram dedicated to graphics card. It has no issues with the guide and doesn't crash.
Amazon fire stick has 1gb ram with shared graphics, thus crashes.

the fire tv does not reserve 1gb of memory for the gfx, where do you have that info from?

its the other way around. firestick allocates 512 MB to gfx take a look in kodi system info, that is why firestick struggles with the guide.
a fire tv will show 2GB as total memory in kodi and cpu-z (and I have more than 1.4GB free)
a fire stick will show 494MB as total memory in kodi and cpu-.z although it really has 1GB.

memory is dynamically allocated to the snapdragon600 SoC which also holds the adreno gfx chipset (its the same chip) just like the fire stick and any other SoC (System on a Chip). take a look at some teardowns and read up on the tech, and you will find the gfx is no more dedicated than apple, Roku or whatever.

I run teamviewer on both and see the ram usage. Where fire stick is at 75% of 1gb in use and fire tv only 25% of 2gb..

you poked my curiosity with that statement.. read my post again its actually the other way around..
here is a reference thread with screen shots on xda:
Code:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/fire-tv/help/firetv-stick-494mb-ram-t30337389

try run cpu-z it will tell you precisely.
you can not compare it like that in teamviewer, they are two completely different designs, the os on the fire tv is likely allowed to take up more memory.
it is 2 different processor/gfx packages they do not run the same roms.

if 1 GB was set aside for the gfx it would not show 2GB in kodi or cpu-z and I could not have up to 1.4GB free while running kodi.

no wonder the fire sticks are struggling with 512MB system mem.

btw. if you can reference any link's for the fire tv reserves 1GB for gfx i'd be happy if you post them, coz all I find is saying the opposite.
