It was a mistake on my part. I never entered that one in my stb, it just appeared

Okay folks, I am back at my daughters' house plug in with ethernet and internet showing on the inner portal. But, I get nothing, when trying to get movie on video club says file missing. Now my question is this and I have asked it before, what kind of download speed do I need to make this work> I am presently withATT DSL 1.75 download speed. Would that be my problem?

All is done and it still doesn't work. However I see that it now has software of r3 and I believe it should be r10 right? Will someone give me a step by step how to upgrade the software. Don't want to make a mistake. Looked in the stickys to see if there was one their but it was with a usb. Do I have to use an usb?

I finally updated it and it rebooted and when it came to load portal, I did and the screen came up with "STB DAMAGED Call Your Profider. Should I return or is there something call do to revitalize it?

boot into BIOS menu and make sure you're still in NAND...

Yes I am still in nand and I still have ethernet and internet. I t wont load a portal without the screen coming on with STB DAMAGED

I would fac default once again (def. settings)..then first thing I would do is upgrade box then re-install only using portal 1 for trial info

By upgrade you mean software? Reinstall-setup guide? I only used 1st portal last time
