I hate to make a negative comment but I'm a reseller and I've been reselling nfps for a long time and lately 4 probably the past week or so the service has been unbearable and it's embarrassing to me and my customers are very unhappy... I spoke to papiao TV support and they said somebody was working on it and nothing seems to be fixed as of yet and it's been days I hate to say this but if they can't get this service fixed I'm going to have to move on and resell for another company. Good luck folks
 
I totally agree as I am in the same situation. This is embarrassingly ridiculous!!!

Service is and has been solid.
We been seeing a few channels that come and go as of recently, but them are just a few.
Most all other channels are working fine, except a very few that are buffering. Them are only a few as well.
I have been testing these channels hourly, for a few days now and am diligent and thorough.
Results are posted in the Sticky thread, which has been posted in the correct Channel Issues forum.

If your results are different, then yous have issues of your own or are spreading false info.

Refer in the Channels listed in the Channel issues forum. And report your issues there in that forum as well.
I will check the reports asap
 
The service needs to be fixed still ..

I started a thread the other day about the service freezing and buffering and the response I got was one guy being a jokester and other people actually confirming the issues with the service.
An administrator posted on the thread stating that he checks the service hourly and everything is thorough..
However I sell boxes daily and I am to checking the service all the time and I'm still having issues so no the issues that I stated are true and not false and they are not my problem because they are all my customers problems..
I'm not doing this to whine or to be a drama queen as somebody else stated.
I created the post because I would like for it to be fixed and to be addressed as an actual matter.
And if that's a problem I can't stop being a reseller find another company to do business with so please keep it professional and not answer to my thread and then close it so I can't respond thank you
 
it was closed because a thread like that draws everyone into it even if their issue is theirs and theirs alone. It becomes a snowball effect and with many false statements getting posted. Then we get the people who start posting that the service is chit and to move on and etc...
So maybe you can see why threads like those get closed.

I am not gonna go into how the channels may or may not be acting.

These threads all lead to people blasting the service, no matter what intentions may be.
Seems some even think that with one important channel is down, well the service is shit and they make it a point in saying so.

Does that sound fair ?

So yes you may see buffering. No the administration does not see this thread.
Email them to get their attention. They do look at them emails contrary to popular believe
 
Well I gave a rather long response in that thread and it got deleted just a few hrs ago ....so no....it was deleted and closed because of the truth I spoke

yes, it was approximating 180 words in a thread dedicated to current channels down only.
The thread was bombarded with discussion, so posts were deleted.
I still can see yours and just reviewed it again. You had been talking about problems. You already gave the service up to your sister.
You had talked about other provider which was better like night and day , as you put it.
Yours was not the only post as such.

So along with your post , all the other posts too on that thread, that were not a direct report of a channel, were deleted.

People will not be allowed to be posting or boosting other services , no matter how it is hidden.

Channel issues are to be posted in correct manner or send directly to administration thru their emails, respectively.
 
If you read my messages you understand I'm not trying to cause problems I'm just trying to make money so yes I will email them but I've already started to look in other directions so I already have plans on moving forward I have like 50 donations that I'm just going to get rid of and that'll be the end of it I don't want to have to worry about this any longer

And loosing one reseller is a hit to the service admins.
That is why I can still say, you gotta email them. Let them see your dis-taste personally and lose of revenue.
