Are you guys just getting 16 channels to load into the pvr, or just 16 channels on the guide? If you are only loading 16 channels, you are looking at some other service, try resetting the pvr and guide and check your settings. If you are only getting 16 channels in the guide, but are getting all the channels loaded, you need to reset the pvr and guide.
At the moment, the guide doesn't work if you are getting it from is.gd due to a missing footer, so you'll have to wait for a refresh.

The timezone doesn't yet work with the PVR Stalker. Ignore that for now, leave ifor "Europe/Kiev". Not specifically for you, shuvro, but if you are in a non-DST area, you can load a guide that isn't corrected for DST.
I believe to get the timezone field to accept something, it has to list the continent/city. Try Americas/New York
I was only getting 14 channels showing. Once I disabled the EPG stuff mentioned, I had all the channels back.
Yes boss its working fine now. I am testing The Ur Kodi 15.1 on my new NVIDIA SHIELD TV 500GB. It working like smooth. Thanks
Ok, I think I understand now. You may be seeing a cached version of the guide, which may be running out of data showing only about 14 channels with data. If you reset, and are using the is.gd, you will see no data. You also may be using a guide preference to default or prefer to Provider, so you may be seeing the limited data from NFPS. I think you all should be seeing channels, just not guides for the channels.

Now every thing working fine. I am gating all channels . but any fix for Kodi 14.2 coz its giving unknown error "can't load DLL" boss
OK this was a pain ... lol. I didn't want to completely remove kodi and install the apk with the pvr addon already installed. So after seeing in a post what @psycon said about the libpvr.stalker.so library file I went digging. I then realized that I couldn't modify the data partition on my fire stick since I don't have it rooted so my idea of just deleting the libpvr.stalker.so file from /data/data/org.xbmc.kodi/lib wasn't going to be possible. I went into the zip for the pvr addon and renamed libpvr.stalker.so to libpvr.stalker1.so and went into the addon.xml file and changed the name there as well. Then pushed the updated addon zip to my fire stick and reinstalled the addon. Rebooted the fire stick and now my channels load. I wish there was an easy way to just clear out the old lib file from /data/data/org.xbmc.kodi/lib but I think without root access it's not possible.

What version of the addon are you trying to use? 0.8.0 will only work with v15, won't work with 14.2. Since you're getting a DLL error I'm assuming you're using kodi on windows. If you're trying to use version 0.8.0 it's not going to work on 14.2. Download this version of the addon.

its time to upgrade to 15 and install 0.8 if you want to use pvr.stalker. if you really must stick with 14.2 go with iptv stalker instead.
I'm looking for the kodi 14.2 stalker pvr apk as I've installed a community build and no matter what i do i can't get live TV working after setting up stalker or simple client can anyone help please or advise why i can't get the live TV working iptv stalker works perfectly though

If that doesn't work, check your settings, and if that's ok and your still not up, you may need to uninstall/reinstall. The PVR Stalker client for 14.2 is no longer of interest to the developer, if you don't want to update to Kodi 15.0 beta, better to just wait and use IPTV Stalker.
