if you installed the emulator, did you install the mx player? if you did, you need to get into the settings of the mx player and change a few things.. both of channels are working here with blue stacks and mx player

Had Stalker working but stopped. Get "Stalker PVR Failed to Start" nag. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kodi and followed instructions in post one without success. Changed Mac address several times with no luck. Unless something else has changed I don't know what I am doing wrong.

What version of Kodi and operating system are you running? If you got Kodi from a development build, like 15.0 or 14.2, the PVR may not work. Try to see if some other PVR client can work for you , like the "Simple", using a local .m3u list.

once the stalker addon is enabled, you need to configure it.. change the mac address.. first 6 of the mac should be 00:1a:79: then use the last 6 of the device you are using.. url needs to be changed to

https://1.iptvprivateserver.tv

I think that the address is http://1.iptvprivateserver.tv not https or at least for me it works with http and not with https

get into the decoder settings, check the first 2 boxes under software decoder... get into general and check the box to play media links

Performed that, unable to load channels..
I have (http://1.iptvprivateserver.tv) as my server address and got the Mac address corrected using last 6 of my devices address

Yes sir I just did that, I was enable still won't load channels.. I can send you a video or pics of the setup if you'd like..

Yep I did.. Even disable stalker client too

Have you tried to type ipconfig /all in your command prompt to find out the last six numbers for your machine, looks like you have authentication problem. Also are loadin the right version of the stalker from post one.

Using the same one on 1st page.. I'm using an Amazon Fire TV Stick, not sure how I'd get the Mac via ipconfig (I do know how to operate cmd tho, just never got any display of the Mac address for my device).. I got my Mac from kodi which displayed the last 6 max for the aftv stick.. If that made sense.

The only thing I'd like to try, but can't get a proper link to download it is the modified kodi apk w/ stalker installed..
