Read the first post of this thread and scroll to the bottom for the link to the post regarding MAC+Donation or Donation only accounts. The process is easier with a Donation only account, you really only need a MAC+Donation account if you are using an STB or for some reason need movie genre's for Potato TV.

I haven't used any stalker stuff since iptv stalker plus went down. When I originally set potato up iptv server was p4 not p1 but the p1.iptvserver worked fine. I noticed today when I was changing my mac address that the server went to p1. Not sure if that's the problem but that is a change I did notice. I haven't tried just the donation and leaving the mac at zeroes I'm gonna try that and see what happens. Everything was working great no issues potato or pvr client until last night.

Ok just went back to papio.tv to change my portal. It changed from p1 to p2. Went back into potato and typed p2.iptvprivateserver.tv in the stalker portal didn't add my mac just my donation number. Now I am able to go into iptv and check the links everything is working fine. Now I have to setup my pvr which I wasn't having an issue with earlier.

There was an unannounced change to allow users to change their donation numbers, but that may have also affected some users where they used to be able to log in, but get no response from their add-ons when trying to get their channel lists.

Yes no announcement. I was using ivue tv guide and was trying to get on some stuff and it was doing weird stuff. So I went online and I found this thread randomly and downloaded potato through here. Then starting using the pvr client instead. Best move I have made on kodi. Very easy to use and setup once other things are working.

If you are still using a MAC+Donation account, you won't be able to run PVR Stalker or Potato TV alternatively without doing an IPTV Reset. There is no facility to make sure the login credentials are exact between the PVR and Potato TV, so you would be seeing authentication issues, regardless of the changes at the server.

They are determined to make it unusable. At this time it's just about unusable, it was fine a few days ago.

I was using mac+Donation without any issues with authentication issues. Now I'm just using my donation number. No issues with anything right now. The pvr client is working well. Just forgot to setup my guide and channel logos. I fixed that but I noticed the channel logos are different from what I had the other day. Not a major issue to me but if there is another xml for then I'm willing to try.

I'll try again later. But at this time the only way I can get it to work is overwrite my userdata and addon file with a backup everytime I want to watch tv. And then I can only load channels from the guide. NO vod or IPTV using the addon directly.

umm dang it i with i knew how to upload my kodi log. everything all of a sudden clicked, all VOD and live tv. not sure what happened. works now.

live tv 800+ channels
tons of VOD

sorry to doubt you CP.

wow amazing work.

I will appreciate anyone who's never jump to any (good/bad) conclusion too quickly
just keep trying hard...

For those that are having Issues running "PVR IPTV SIMPLE CLIENT" with Couch Potato (your getting a a totally blank EPG OR Nothing will Open),

Open Couch Potato, click on "Clear: Caches", Then when it pops Up to Clear click on to create a "NEW TOKEN"

NEXT, Click on "SETTINGS: PVR Simple Client"

This will reset your settings in PVR Simple Client

Next go to PVR SIMPLE client & check your settings, Make any changes to Time offset etc & Save.

Restart your KODI

This resolved my issues
