Could be from the gateway, but what I really was saying is that I have heard from others that had issues until they went to a different location. One guy even had success at a hotspot he had known about. ANother guy had success at his sisters house.
These guys tried at their own location but with no success, just like your situation I think pretty much

It can take upwards of 48 hours. However, if it has been over 24 hours, you can PM crazed 2.0 about the situation. Give him as much information as possible (e.g., email address used, order number, etc) and he will look into it.

It can take up to 48 hours to receive an e-mail from the service. However, if you do not receive the e-mail after 24 hours, you can send a PM to crazed 2.0 with all of your information.
