Try doing an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker. If that doesn't do it, try changing the portal at the Donation Checker.

You're better off starting your own thread and specifying the device and add-on/app you are using.

if you need help make a new post someone will see it and they will tell you to pm them with the info they need to help you never post info in channel only private pms to that person and only mods too this is only for subscription the rest any member can and should help you

Hi, I placed an order last night for 24 credits ($100) and received the confirmation that the transaction was processed with success (6821********) but haven't yet received the credits at my reseller account. Can someone please help me to confirm if the transaction actually went thru and when should I receive the credits at my reseller dashboard? Sorry for the hurry but I have a customer pending to assign part of the credits.

Please advise.

I have received the credits applied to my account, however the order was duplicated, therefore I was charged twice for the credits. How and who can help me solve this issue to get the duplicated charge credited to my account?

I order 2 routes 11/26/18 -- worked until a week ago
apparently payments during that time did not go through, so they cancelled those routes -
Now I have no service and
I can not RENEW my ROUTES (much preferred) or order two new ROUTES.
or even Sign In with my Email address. --
How do I get my ROUTES RENEWED? or order new ones?
