NFPS / Private Not Sure if it's just me; Authentication Error

I did the reset, but still getting authentication error. I'm not getting any password dialog. And yellow bar??? I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I'm using stalker client. There is no password dialog or yellow bar anywhere.

Here's what you do.. Just unplug your stb for a minute, while you go online to donation checker webpage.. Hit reset iptv...webpage should go to green outline, and say reset successful.. Now, plug your box back in, enter your id and pw when auth dialog comes up, and you should be good to go.

This has been a great system.. I've had IKS, etc for years, but this is so much easier, and cleaner. TIP.. You have to stay on top of it.. Read the forum pretty regular. You can't just assume it's like cable, and walk away and forget it. It takes some upkeep.... but for the price and service, I think it's worth it..

They're talking about an stb emulator. It doesn't apply to your situation.

Everyone keeps saying read read and read, stay on top of it, do the resets, verify your donation, well nothing of that have worked for me. I have even been helped by one of the moderators who seems to be tired of resetting my donation and sent my info to administration. Now it has been over a weeks with the infamous authentication error and help by no one. Just frustrating .
