The grabber is simply a batch command script, but all you really need to do is set up something that copies the data from the links at is.gd (or from the github), and re-link it from your server. The data is generated daily, and it won't really help to do this more often as the sources aren't updated more than daily.
This has been added to NFPS server itself now (minus the dummies) so Mag devices and STB emulator should have a more complete guide now..
Using the XML will ensure Kodi Color codes the shows by genre, make sure you have set pvr.stalker to "XMLTV preferred"..
psycon needs to kick his box! LOL. I know its probably lots easier to use the link, but 'rolling your own' isn't that hard, and you can customize what you want to show up on the guide.
thanks to everyone involved in developing and maintaining this impressive EPG solution including Psycon, Dara and DualTest etc., and for their help and guidance in using it
If you are noticing missing data for US based channels, you aren't alone. I ran my local grabber and the US portion of the batch, but no program data is being pulled from the source, however channel info is. Hopefully it isn't a long term problem, but there are other options to get that data... it may take some time though.
Hi!
I'm using a local batch, I would like to know if there an option that i can set how many days of epg data i want to. dara is right many channel from US only get data on channel info. I noticed that when I run go.bat let's say that i get 20MB if i run again in 2 days, then i get only 15MB. i wonder why this behaviors?
Hi guys, just wondered if anyone else is having issues with the guide, mine is currently only showing 4 channels, I can still watch the other channels just with no guide.
