Yes the service is not at 100% but if you look at the majority of the people with problems they did not go with what was recommended by NFPS/ROCKET from the beginning. It was recommended Mag or Avov and those 2 system have proven to be less problematic. I have multiple devices at home and i can see most of the time my mag 254 runs almost perfect compare with my pc or android.


I did not know this....might look into getting a dedicated box.
 
if you all hate it so much... leave then.. go pay 5x as much to a competitor or 10x as much to your local provider, we wont miss your negativity. i for one have no issues.. the channels i watch all work good enough for me, you watch 2 ufc events and the service has paid for itself... so its like its free..

I agree with you that they are working hard. Not you, but for some that hide their head in the sand and discredit that there are problems with the system is totally ridiculous. Then the canned answer is if you don't like it leave is equally ridiculous.

Mate , there are problems with the system. Everybody agrees. Unfortunately for IPTV, there is nothing else better out there. This is where the game is at. Though I wish NFPS would be more forth coming in communicating with us their clients. I feel to a great extent we are taken for granted. No official communication with regards to status of service, problems or future plans. We will hang in there. Time will tell.

I agree with you partially in the fact there is nothing better out there. I also wish communication between customer and supplier was better. It is to there advantage to be open and honest. Its not happening. Why are people frustrated? THERE IS NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION AS TO WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE FUTURE PERIOD! Zero not one word except for the marching soldiers on this site that say it will get better or the ones that are in total denial to the fact the the system is flawed. i'm really not attempting to be over negative. I'm just trying to get the attention of the decision maker or makers. Communication is required to be successful.
 
These are exactly the type of answers I expected. No one is blaming NFPS for the internet costs, but it must be included when making a decision in paying $80 per month for internet for the service we are getting. My second tier cable is the same cost as unlimited internet. What is ludicrous is thinking I am blaming NFPS for my internet costs. Whatever...

We don't care what you pay your ISP, if you have an issue with NFPS then you can say your thoughts as long as its clean but if you blame this site because of the fact that you pay lots for your Internet then that's your problem. I suggest you get a cheaper service or a better provider.

Please explain where you interpret any of the op's comments as to blaming this forum for his isp pricing.
 
See, this is the reason why we close threads. We allow members to speak about the service freezing or down and want to rant but when you start posting that the service sucks or constantly down and you blame the service and then posting other services which will get you an automatic ban. Please try to keep it clean.

i read his post.There is absolutely nothing there in his comments that states he is blaming this forum. I personally have not spoke of any other service on this site. it does seem on this site either you step in line with the cheerleaders are get threatened with being banned. Not one of my post have defamed anyone. I don't believe having respectful criticisms in this forum should be subject to threats of banning. IMO.

You really don't read well do you. I posted that anyone who posts other private services is an automatic ban.
