I gave my donation on Feb/10. Got my Username/passw and it worked fine for about one week then I was disconnected and now I it asks my username/pass and gives me an error. Contacted papiao and whoever I have been told to contact and nobody answer.....
I have contacted papiao and now I have received a new password/user name, 2 different numbers but still have the same problem "error".
STILL getting error message on Mag 254. Reset the Mag, reset on Papiao. Still 'Error'. Why is this so difficult????? Is there a simple, reasonable solution? This service is TERRIBLY frustrating!!

My friend bought several donation last year to use for himself and a another friend. A few days ago he activated another 3 donations that worked OK for a few days. His satellite box is up and running fine, but today he was again asked for username and PW for one of his IPTV box's. He tried adding the new numbers, but both the new and old numbers no longer work.
Any suggestions other than contacting Papiao?
