Rocket MAG and AVOV - Password/Username Authentication - Tutorial

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
Thinking your screwed as am I even if you bite the bullet and make a new donation (as I did) your mac is locked to the first donation cant reset it cant link it to your new donation because it says it's already in use.
 
Still getting "error" message, even after resetting iptv several times. Checking, re-checking, everything is as it should be and still no tv.... I have another donation with nfps that I have the same problem as midgard and have had no luck with getting info from papaio after two weeks of asking...really, really frustrating. Everything was fine for all three of my donations for so long until this security thing....a big mess and no help from anywhere...

I gave my donation on Feb/10. Got my Username/passw and it worked fine for about one week then I was disconnected and now I it asks my username/pass and gives me an error. Contacted papiao and whoever I have been told to contact and nobody answer.....

check the papiao website to ensure that your correct MAC addy is still linked.

My friend bought several donation last year to use for himself and a another friend. A few days ago he activated another 3 donations that worked OK for a few days. His satellite box is up and running fine, but today he was again asked for username and PW for one of his IPTV box's. He tried adding the new numbers, but both the new and old numbers no longer work.

Any suggestions other than contacting Papiao?

STILL getting error message on Mag 254. Reset the Mag, reset on Papiao. Still 'Error'. Why is this so difficult????? Is there a simple, reasonable solution? This service is TERRIBLY frustrating!!

Did you get the message I sent a little while ago joemackg ?

Reset IPTV should have fixed the problem. I can try the master reset I have here and might work.
But you would have to answer the message I have sent to you.
But what about your user name and password, are you using the 12 digit donation code for both the Username and Password ?

i do not really understand this problem JJ
Has he checked the codes so see if they are attached to a MAC addy ? Or if he has them with the IPTV Portal or just IKS ?

was that a rocket code or a NFPS code you sent me ?
