You have posted several times that you do not have wifi in your location so no need for a wifi antenna, hard wire required at this point.

Rockycat. I am so confused. I stated in post 88 (I think) my problem. It has been the same problem on 3 different boxes. Believe me I would like to not have to bother you people so much but as it stands I cannot connect. Video says file missing. Tv channels don't come in. I have internet and ethernt. The yellow and green lites in back of box are on and the yellow flashes a little. I also stated at one time my dsl speed was 176m and was told that was not the problem. Can you help me?

You might have an issue with your isp or equipment if you say happens to all the boxes.

I run a IKS Stb from the same set-up. So that makes me think the equipment is okay, right?

After reading this entire thread, you are either the unluckiest guy in the world with 3 bad boxes, or you are missing something in the set-up. If you follow the setup guide to a T, then your box will work. Just because your IKS is up and running, doesn't mean that your IPTV will. Maybe post some more info about your ISP . It may help. I've read everything, and if you followed all the suggestions exactly, there is no reason why your box is not running. I assume you have done a complete reboot of your system, starting with the router? Maybe post pics of you set-up, including network info.

Frosty, thanks for the come back. I have one box that I set up, my second and it works fine. Don't know what is with this and the others. I am not computer literate so I don't know how to post pics. Several reboots have been done. The ISP is Att DSL. Their cheapest rate which is 176 approx. Yhe way the system is set up is as follows. Ethernet wire going from modem to the ethernet on the router, from router eithernet to mag.

yeah but if you are running all three boxes at once will not work as iptv boxes take more bandwith than your current setup.

My iptv mag at my house works fine. Trying to set up my daughters at her house gives me nothing except showing the internet and ethernet symbol on the inner portal

I have wifi and wired...so I use wired.
It is more reliable than wifi I think.

What kind of modem does she use for dsl service?

Also forget the wireless for now we need to work with it hard wired till we resolve the issue.
