One more thing you could check, in your guide screen bring up the left sidebar menu & under Options make sure that you have Group: All Channels & View: Timeline

yup just check and all blank, i just dont understand it but thats what keeps me messing with it lol its part of the hobby i guess. but like i said if all else fails i'll try a fresh start, hopefully i can find an asnwer for other people that might have the same issue, thats why its always good to read through the forums.

turn on debugging in kodi(system, system, debugging),restart kodi.after it done loading the epg shut down kodi and check the log file.
the file name is kodi.log
if u cant understand it upload it to pastebin.com and pm me/psycon or dara the link.
if you want to post the link here, use the find function in notepad and search for your mac address and XX it out because is is in the log file.
if I remember correctly it only there once but find will find all instances of it,just keep clicking next till it done.

apun,added/fixed a bunch inda channels.
you see there's epg data for set max but its wrong, far as I can tell the epg is 4hrs ahead of the timeline.
its the only source that I can find that has actual movie descriptions so I may have to try and shift the epg for it.
wont be back till sunday so wont be done before then.
you can check the other channels and let me know which are wrong, the epg may be just off so check as good as u can.

thks

**UPDATE** So i've been watching this thread for a while since i couldnt get the epg to show up on kodi...and if you read back some post you can see that i got some great help and suggestions...well like i said i didnt want to start a fresh install of kodi since that was going to be the plan this weekend. Well i resolved my problem and im not sure if this is what did it since i did tried a lot of things but this last step might have been the key, i read some older post and one suggestions was to pull the settings.xml from the stalker add-on, well i pulled the settings.xml file from the stalker-nfps addon and changed the timeout connection from 1 to 60, i left it at that and when i woke up this morning the epg was all populated, like i said i did tried many things with no luck and this last step might have fixed my problem, i am not sure if this will work for others with epg issues but i hope it helps for anyone else that has tried everything in this thread, it's a good thing to keep reading, trying and not giving up! thanks for all the help fellas'

Hi guys,

Can someone let me know that I am not crazy. I setup http: //nfpse.epg.ninja and it works for 1-2 days and then all of a sudden the EPG doesnt work. Sometimes it comes back and sometime I need to switch from NFPSF to NFPSE and back. Is this happening to everyone or is it just me.

Super thanks for the help!

The epg.ninja has lots of moving parts, particularly sources, or the server itself, or the internet. Outages from time to time can be expected, but these shouldn't be of a regular nature. If you aren't loading the guide, try dis-enabling the TV/PVR function, then clear data, and re-enable to see if it comes up.

Glad you got sorted out in the end Raymond. Just goes to show that research & persistence pays off in the longrun. There's a wealth of knowledge & solutions on the forum - it's just a matter of looking for it.

Thanks Eureka! exactly as you say...thats is why i like these forums, with some reading and help from others and not giving up you'll end up fixing your problem and posting solutions for others to read in case they have similiar problems. Once again thanks!

thanks, I will check it as soon as guide loads for me lol, since we switched to ninja from is.gd, loading guide has been a mission, sometimes it works for 2 days then it wont load, and randomly by it self it loads sometimes later in the day, tried everything possible from live tv reset to guide reset to kodi restart, I dont know where the problem is but many people having the same issue, it works and stops, works and stops.

I will report back when it loads.
