I was watching last night after 11:30pm and the freezing was considerably less. how would the ISP be throttling IPTV and not services like netflix, nba leage pass etc i use on my PC. I'm still pointing towards the load on the servers during peak times I will continue to monitor tonight lets see...

Yea seems to work for some fine. Im starting to think its the ISP maybe. Whats your ISP Rogers? Are you from Toronto or east coast?

It seems most of the channels are freezing for me. Ex ESPN, NBATV, TNT, TBS EAST, BTSPORTS2 I dont know whats going on here im on 100mbps connection. When i use netflix it works flawlessly. But all the channels seem to be freezing for me :s Relevant details .... Avov tv+ NFPS Wired connection...

Mine is the opposite. Uk, canadian and indian working smoothly. All u.s channels stuttering. Kodi RC3 Firetv Stick

i'm seeing the same issue with Kodi. U.S channels are all lagging! UK, Canadian, Indian working fine for me. Don't know whats up here, if anyone finds a workaround please let me know.

Rebooted but the frezing is still there.

Did some further testing and it seems canadian and indian channels are not freezing for me but the american ones are. I will try to reset my cable modem tomorrow and see if that fixes the freezing.

Lots of freezing for me to and its not my internet. Def something up with the service.
