Your AVOV Connects but don't pull channels. Report Here

HI all,
I just bought a new avov + and updated to version 1.0.8.

I am able to connect and i cannot pull any channel, i already try resetting IP, i changed ports from 1 to 2 and i am still having the same problem.

Could some one please help me out? thanks a lot in advance!

Pulls Channels: NO
Version: 1.0.8

What changed at your end that it stopped working?
Provide us with other steps to resolve this.
Provide us with a logical
Explanation why this occurred?
Timeline when this will be fixed?

Go to settings (from Main Menu) Server settings - Press the Red Button on remote - Not the POWER BUTTON - Wait up to 2 minutes - Do Not Touch The Remote Next go back to main menu and then LiveTV

Yes, this actually works well with the avovs when there seem to be connection issues.
Get into that Server Settings menu and high-lite the server and use the red button to connect.
You could wait till the loading circle completes before exiting to Live TV or you could try exiting without waiting... both ways seem to work.
 
see i think it has lots do with your internet provider not the box or server think it has something to do with that im on many boxes and i dont get that but one maybe two time month on different boxes so i think its the company you use for internet im guessing on this but i think im right bet you can take the box to friends house and all will be fine just for the heck of it try it sometime i bring my box over to friends house and it runs like dog do-do back my house and fine but in all fairness he lives way out of town

was having the same problem(connects but channels wont load)after resetting my ip lets just say a lot of times.i did a factory reset on my avov.(you know toothpick in the back reset). now after doing this it no longer connects to the server.i guess its gone from bad to worse.help!!!! anyone?
 
thank you for your quick response.but i reset the box several times the normal way.with 0 results.i really didn't think this would make much of a difference.i was wrong it went from a not loading box to a not connecting box...where do i go from here.again help anyone.
 
have you tried connecting thru the Server Settings menu ?
It has been mentioned a few times and does work.
Have had continued success here when connected thru Server Settings menu... and tried with 3 different avovs which would not pull in channels if connected the other way, thru LiveTV menu.
 
in setting do a factory reset bring your box back to new let the package installer load all when that happen you know your on net then load all info for tvonline again should work now then load kodi all over or before a factory reset make a backup for kodi i always do that
 
if thats the case check to make sure all info is right one little thing is wrong somewhere i have had that happen to me thats why i say that mine was the url missed a number

Avov TVonline+ on server 11 only loading channels 77,162,164,202,203,204, no 300's, no 400's and no VOD. tried numerous iptv resets and factory resets. check everything twice and then some. any ideas? everything worked fine before 8-16-2016.
