By the way I understand that they are streaming. One feed for each person connect to a particular channel. There is only so much processing power to share per channel. I am sure that they are looking at the load on each channel and a consistent overload for a channel would cause them to update a channel with an additional server when they do maintenance. That ususally means by adding another server they need software on a server to balance the load between the servers being used on a particular channel. So, if there are a lot of people wanting a sports channel on a particular day, that does not mean that TNT will buffer and freeze because of this. Only if there is a high demand for TNT, and also the bandwidth is also available. Many contributing factors, including your internet provider and how many people in your provider using their bandwidth for what ever reason, stream, search engine, or playing internet games.
