Rocket Wont contect to server

Been two days and wont contect is the server down

No, it is not down. If you haven't made changes, try an IPTV Reset.

same issue here ...tried everything portal is p1.iptvrocket.tv

tried iptv reset...mac adress change.factory reset ect... avov stb ...Black and white box

have you reboot the router turn it off for few mins and try ping p1.iptvrocket.tv

yes i did and ping request timed out...

This is recurrent issue with box 3000 . Unit wont shake hands with the server , so no list of channels and no TV. I have follow instructions to reboot box , change original mac address etc, still not working; not to mention the poor/none support from manufacturer and resellers.

Had same problem won't connect to server ended up getting another router thus changes IP address works fine now.
