I have been down for like 3 weeks now. Are we ever going to get any straight answers. I have not changed a single setting and from checking the forums all you get is reset this do that... None of that has worked.. I have 180 days left and there is no way in HELL I will re-up with a service that has this much down time...Thank god this service is only my secondary way to watch tv....YOU GUYS SUCK !!!!

down for 3 weeks is not considered down time.
It is considered error
Whos error? Hard to say, but telling us we suck is something Butthead would say, I would have never expected that from Beavis :eek:

always have a backup instead of complaining
 
If you have been down for 3weeks it's on your end! Do you realize how many members would be complaining if we all were down for 3 weeks??? Instead of complaining do some trouble shooting and reading

.....when I started pd subscription july 2015 the service was ok not much downtime or interruption of service then when changes due some hackers/freewanna be then service interrupted again for the changes ... but the worst change this month feb.2016 too much downtime or interruption...that's why when I try to do troubleshooting but first ask any info before troubleshooting ..

I spent a week with the N/A problem.....my fault ???
Fixed and worked for 24 hours then MAC all zeros....my fault???
Fixed and worked for another 24 hours and Mac all zeros again..... my fault again????
Sent emails to support with details and photos.... nothing....my fault again
I'm told everything is working ok but not for me.... my fault again.
Still waiting to see if the gods will favour me today... if I can get in to check my route.

Yes.. but not fair paint everyone with the same brush, some peeps do have problems and it's not on their end.
 
While I don't think down for 3 weeks for some is entire service, but I do agree that the service is very unreliable.
Like today I was watching Willow TV channel for Ind-Pak cricket match, when the Match started the channel went down... later it started giving Authentication error.

I have Mag256, Kodi on PC, Kodi on Mac, didnt work on any of them, after like 3-4 hours all started working without any changes done.. so yes service is super unreliable
