I have been down for like 3 weeks now. Are we ever going to get any straight answers. I have not changed a single setting and from checking the forums all you get is reset this do that... None of that has worked.. I have 180 days left and there is no way in HELL I will re-up with a service that has this much down time...Thank god this service is only my secondary way to watch tv....YOU GUYS SUCK !!!!
