Just spent the morning trying to get my NFPS subscription running again. Reset mac and double checked all my settings. When I went to ensure that I was using the proper portal number, I happened to look at my assigned MAC and noticed that it had changed on it's own. As an example my original mac was xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx and it had been changed to xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx !! No wonder it was down for me.
At any rate as soon as I entered the mac it had been changed to i was up and running again. Has anyone else encountered this before ? I've been using the service for about 5 months now with very few hiccups and this was a first for me. Why would my mac change when entering my proper donation number in the checker ??
