NFPS / Private Why are ITV 3. ITV Encore and Fox UK down for a month and still not fix

Why are ITV 3 (Channel 80) ITV Encore (Channel 109) and Fox UK (Channel 134) down for a month and still not fixed . I reported these channels down numerous times but received no correspondence. Thanks in advance and please can we get these channels up and running as soon as possible.

And you won't as NFPS doesn't tell anybody anything!!!! Bad business manners!!!!
