NFPS / Private where are the west coast networks

can anyone tell me where cbs nbc abc and fox from the west coast are found?

all but one were moved from a CONUS tp to spot beam tps

What does that mean ? I don't know what CONUS tp to spot beam tps mean. We had Los Angeles for a short time and then it was removed. Can the technicians ad San Francisco or Oakland ? Is there any hope for any west coast channels. ?
