This is what mine said after payment using Pay Ease :

Payment Amount:US$ 17.00
Payment Result:Succeed
Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway.

It says Succeed but then try order again with different card. What does this mean . Sorry new to this !!

Best coarse of action is do not attempt again just yet... give it 24 hours at least. Check email
