Looking around the forum in the last few minutes, cold booting has got some back online but certainly not all. I am another one that cold booted in just the last 5 minutes with the same Blocked message returning.

Apparently, the server is partially back serving channels. For some a cold boot is working, for some it is not. I am sure they will get it all sorted out in time.

PS I tried another cold boot 5 mins after making this post, same STB blocked message again.
