NFPS / Private VOD Down after new title added

Hi guys looks like the VOD is down after the new titles were added. Also what happened to ppv1,2, and 3 they are gone after the update Mag 254.

I'm a brand new user to Vixo 2...VOD has never worked for me...get the info screen and when I press play, I get a momentary flash on the loading screen then it goes right back to the movie's info screen.

PPV has been intermittent for me so far....only a could channels have loaded...the rest return a technical issues - try again later message.

Still familiarizing myself with this box...
