Rocket Video Club not working server 22

I have 11 and it still doesn't work. Been trying to get it to work for weeks I have avov tvonline 4. Hope someone can shed some light on my problem?

No VOD has been going on for weeks now, is there any official statement? Is it ( VOD ) lost forever? Is it being worked on? I use Avov products with servers 11 & 22 on each. Still not working.
