Rocket User Name and Password Error!!

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

One of my box works fine but another one saying error.
Can't sign in.
They are the same boxes with version 7.11

Any help? or is it the server? What do you think?

I am also getting a username and password error!

Was working fine last night after entering username and password for the new authentication method.
Today nothing was working when got home except video club; no TV
reset iptv boxes and re-entered username and password; now getting error, cant sign in. HELP!!!!

emu ird, yes? not alone..just have to keep trying, i guess..one server at a time are going back up, it appears

i echo those sentiments, makes NO sense to us here either..even edited to new mac (old mac belonging to androidy box)..papi said it was successful - edited mac in profile - rebooted box..
/open emu app/enter pass info/click OK

and for the 5th time now nadda!!

Authentication error

who knows anymore might give up soon and charge back if this keeps up - it IS bordering on the ridiculoous

i'm venting <bleep>... go dump on others who complained today and those who already charged back,

and only an idiot corrects others on typos.. pffft ;)

Hey, it is all over this forum multiple times.............Everyone is having problems until the service is finished fixing said problems.....can't anyone read anymore

Just give us a heads up when things are back up and running ..
you guys need to improve your customer service especially at times like these .
Keep your customers informed and updated and you wouldnt have all those crazy comments

Today Papiao Website was working fine for Mac Updates. Now the issue is the username password error. even when the correct donation is entered, Mag 254 keeps saying error in log in. One day at a time, it looking that is heading in the right direction.

A good hobby tester, has plan A, Plan B, and Plan C for situations like this, lol.

Back to IKS, Roku (MachTV Plus), and Kodi in the meantime.

see if i knew all this was going to happen i take a vacation lol no one knew about all this till it happen and we did say feb 1
