NFPS / Private Upgrading from IKS to iPTV+IKS gives me an error at papiao site

I have an active donation with IKS, which I was trying to upgrade to iPTV+IKS (Free) via papiao, yet, it gives me an error when I do so. I sent 3 emails to papiao the last week, but, have yet to hear back. Any help/leads would certainly be appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly crazed, it's appreciated! It is the NFPS. At the same site (from iksprivateserver.xxx, which then sends me to papiao), I basically check my donation and it is active, still has over 280 days left. Then, I proceed to hit the "upgrade" button, put in my donation along with captcha. It does ask for an email which I used the same as on the order #. I can pm you all the details if you'd like.
