NFPS / Private unable to load channels using stalker 8.4 fix

if you are unable to load channel using stalker client 8.4 ,you need to put in login and password your donation number then your channel will load w no problem good luck ...

I have my donation number in for username and password i was up and running earlier now all i get is stalker unable to load channels is there something i can do ? I checked my donation number on papiao and all looks good there. Any help please.

I was helping others earlier today get their PVR Stalker NFPS up and running. Now I'm getting the same message as those above. Hopefully it's something on NFPS' side.
