Rocket Unable to change mac

I paid my hard earned money last week for a 1 year subscription and all I have seen are issues. I was able to watch tv for 30 minutes day before yesterday but since then its not working. Now when I check my donation details on papiao it shows 345 days where as I got the code on Feb 3rd so it should be 360 days which I hope will be fixed. Now the real issue is that no matter how many times I try, I am not able to change my MAC. It says "MAC Address Updated Successfully!" but when I relogin it still shows the old mac. I started facing this issue yesterday and then the papiao site went down so I gave it 1 day and it is still doing the same thing. Please help.

fail for, nfps and company ..not sure anyone can say the same for other providers on iptv but once this gets all sorted out nfps will be back as top guns. but dont quote me, pls
