NFPS / Private Too Much buffering at peak times - Very poor Service

IPTV Private Server (NFPS)
weekends and live events is the only time I personally see too much buffering, other than that the service runs smooth, and many other users are also having similar problems on similar channels as I am.

I have not been home, just about got in the door and ate when I saw apun's post, and obviously as I wrote and taped there was no problems. lets hope they are looking at the encoding for all those US channels that are 'down'. :)

It seems that only the UK channels are even remotely close to being watchable, and even that's not without hiccups and freezing. I agree with what others have stated that this seems to be getting worse every day. Very sad here. To think the sheer amount of $$ being made and still this type of service 6 months after going private! Service on my end had been ok for the most part until recently.

the audacity to charge what they were always planing to charge, i say, the nerve of them!!!!!.. yeah it sucks that it is choppy, we all get it... if you really dont like it go pay 10 times more or more to your local provider for something more reliable.... This is no different the FTA people,, there will be issues from time to time, this server is cheap compared to competitors, and costs a tenth of what your local provider would cost.. , it would make sense they are trying to do things on the cheap too to keep end user costs down, they just need to find the right balance is all.. live with it or shell out much more cash to someone else. I have faith they will fix it and we will all be happy again..

there are other providers out there which i will not name as that is just not right they are charging £5 per month and the channels are in HD and more reliable as they only allow a max 300 people per server to stop the freeze and buffer issues, if they can get it right why cant this team

we understand your frustration, the service has hit a rocky patch and will get it corrected. In the mean time please don't discuss other P$ here as it isn't allowed, thks..

as stated, we know people are getting frustrated but try to keep your emotions in check, trashing won't cure or help anything. Trust me the provider is working non-stop to correct matters, thks

Well the Servers in Belize can do just about what you can get from an ISP at there end ...Top speed for commercial use down there is 16mbps (download speed)..don't know what the upload speed is...but it is less then 16mbps............Belize has no Internet Exchange Point ....they have to route all internet through other countries..........

Server is having a lot of problems; on weekends the channels are soo unwatchable and if you can see in the pic attached the majority are not requesting more than 1.50 Mbps, so not matter your internet speed, the issues comes from the source. During week days, and requesting the same amount of bandwidth, they don't freeze at all and works smooth. I hope they can fix these issues soon, people are getting very frustrated with this. :(:(

It is not internet issue mate , the problem is low bandwidth , their current server has not enough bandwidth capacity rather than quantity of customers ,, they should get more bandwidth to solve this issue , If they get 2 or 3 times more bandwidth , the buffer issue will be solved

I think we have gotten to the end of this after 14 pages lol (which only proves that yes the problem is there), all I wanted to do was get some other users involved to mention their buffering at peak times, which many of you have done and thanks. As long as the NFPS know that this problem exists hopefully they are already working on solutions.

tuxen you were one of few that did not get any freezing yesterday, not sure why but you can see many other users reported exactly what I reported and experienced, anyways there is no point of just complaining about same thing over and over so lets put this topic to rest for a bit and see what improves on the server. again the server runs smooth during the week, buffering returns on the weekend and for many "big" live events.

at the end of the day, it is the cheapest option we have currently (not by far though 105$ compared to $135 per year), i am pretty sure the team knows if nothing improves people will eventually pay a little bit more to others. So lets all wish them good luck and hope for the best... they have done tremendous job with iks before so expect improvement in iptv too.

for any doubts, we can double confirm all this for ufc 194 ppv on Saturday, but I dont think its necessary for most of us as we already have experienced the buffering already up to now. After that a mod can close this thread. tnx

As a Mod, I will say there is a problem.
I personally don't know what the problem is but there is one.
I can't watch Sunday Ticket for the freezing problem.
It is being worked on and it will be fixed I'm sure.
Staff here are in the dark as far as what is being done.
The powers that be don't have time to answer questions because they are working on the situation.
It would be nice to hear an update but we'll just have to hang in and know it will improve.
If any of us Staff get any info, I promise we'll pass it on.
Thanks for hanging in during this difficult time.
