On the subject of resellers. In the world of marketing when the supplier has an authorized dealer (reseller) the supplier is still ultimately responsible for their actions. If they are not representing or servicing your product in a manner that is up to your standards then they should be disciplined not the end user. I understand this forum supports the supplier and not the reseller but in my opinion you are attempting to have your cake and eat it to. Just my opinion. Not attempting to be dis-respectful or start a verbal war! No flaming please:D.

On the official site you purchase a donation there are no authorized resellers. The only authorized sellers are direct from them. I'm just asking but where did you see any authorized resellers of the service? Unfortunately I could buy a bunch of donations and start a website and say I'm an authorized reseller and rip off a bunch of people... It's buyer beware and buy direct for that reason... With this type of service if you don't buy direct your opening yourself up to a host of issues including being ripped off... I have seen a ton of websites that claim to be authorized resellers but as far as I know only buying direct is a sure fire way of not being ripped off... 👍👍

The point I am attempting to make is if the supplier is going to market their product through a second party they have ownership all the way to the end user. I know it is impossible to monitor using this matrix of marketing. Thats my point.

I guess I missed it, what is the 2nd party NFPS has ownership in? Really I'm not questioning what your saying I'm just trying to understand it 😉 sorry if I'm being a bit slow

Suppliers can be held responsible for defective products, but not for the actions of non-contractually bound distributors. Moreover, suppliers usually include a phrase in contracts for authorized or contractually-bound distributors/resellers. It usually reads something like, "Supplier shall not be responsible for indemnifying Distributor/Reseller for claims resulting from (a) express warranties by Distributor/Reseller in excess of those provided by Supplier; (b) gross negligence of Distributor/Reseller; or (c) intentional misconduct by Distributor./Reseller." In other words, if the Distributor/Reseller does something stupid, we (the Supplier) ain't responsible.

Exactly and the reseller at that point can rip off whoever buys from them.. There are a lot of people who buy a reseller panel and it would be impossible to police. It would turn into a he said she said and instead of keeping the service up and running they would have a full time being the police.. Buy direct and avoid issues and stay away from using PayPal! PayPal will turn you in to any provider that asks... Wheather they sell it to you under something totally different you can be tracked back and sued.....

take it like this example.
you go buy a ticket to an event off craigslists... only to find out, that it was a stolen ticket and has been disabled.... you call the organizers of event and complain.. they ask for your order number or receipt... which of course you dont have... they tell you.. sorry buds, you should have bought from an approved dealer.... and pretty much end your support there...

well the same logic (used very commonly in todays economic world, btw) is followed by this site.. if you dont have a valid order number from the systems we support we cant and wont help you.... is it


the fact that the system allows resellers to buy donations, in no way means we should support those resellers customers, without the reseller portal, ppl could still buy and resell donations jsut the same. not all resellers are bad, but we have no way of telling whos who or what they are doing with their own private stuff.

In the world of IPTV you may be right; but in most other instances the supplier takes disciplinary action against a dealer for misconduct. I.E if you get enough complaints stop selling to them. My point is the end user shouldn't be the victim here because Papaio decides to sell to resellers then doesn't stand behind that decision.

This is kind of a grey area if you know what I mean so with that said you can't really apply other instances... Also there would be no way for them to track a shady reseller anyway.. All they need to do is keep buying codes with prepaid cc cards... That's the exact reason everyone says pay more and buy direct, then you won't fall victim to loosing a lot of money... 😉

Agree:). My only point in all of this is if it is not a good idea to buy from a reseller then why does Papiao engage in the practice? Oh yes Money! Good night all:)

Reseller panels can be used for people with 4 + tvs at home and work along with use for family and friends... People get cheap thinking they are saving a few bucks buying from a reseller... Or they want to use PayPal instead of buying direct! There have been 100s if warnings and people don't listen! Then get ripped off and complain here😉
