On the subject of resellers. In the world of marketing when the supplier has an authorized dealer (reseller) the supplier is still ultimately responsible for their actions. If they are not representing or servicing your product in a manner that is up to your standards then they should be disciplined not the end user. I understand this forum supports the supplier and not the reseller but in my opinion you are attempting to have your cake and eat it to. Just my opinion. Not attempting to be dis-respectful or start a verbal war! No flaming please.
