I cant do an IPTV reset... There's an error, You cant reset this MAC

I cant do a IPTV reset, I keep getting this error...

There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status active.
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day.
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day.

I tried different/new mac addresses and I keep getting the same issues..
Any thoughts and possible solutions??

Same thing is happening to me, none of the reasons listed apply to me, but stills gives me the error. Im just waiting, hoping its something on their end, and I will be able to reset it soon. Hope is today tho, i wanna watch UFC.
