I received an email from them this morning telling me to refer to this forum for any technical issues. I guess since my issue was in fact technical (using incorrect MAC) this was probably a 'reasonable' answer. I have since got it also working using STB Emulator in hope that the stream quality would improve, however I feel that I either have to live with SD channels or I pay the extra for an alternative service.

i have been on a lot of sites and have never heard such crying....i am happy with their service and will order more routes. if they get busy, go some where else, or still better call up D**H or D*****TV and spend $1,000 a year. this is a T E S T I N G thing and there is no "guarantee". even with all the buffering it is still a GREAT DEAL. just saying this is my 2 cents. having said all this...............let the remarks come....LOL
