yes i do
I purchased a donation back at the weekend and although payment has been taken and I have my donation details, I am unable to change the MAC address through the website, and I have no login details. I have logged a support email and got a response but was regarding iks not iptv. I'm sending chasing emails but am not getting a response, is this typical for this service provider?

Judging by the level of service so far, I am tempted to go for one of the alternatives but I really need the month trial before signing up for a full year.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes that's the email I used. I expect they're just really busy given the time of year, and I need to be more patient :)

yea, he been swamped with the new accounts lately, plus some other business he has underway (academic).
He has told me this just last night. And also told me that the emails at the above address are being seen asap.

thnx for your patience madplanet

Hi there, just tried again and still getting the 'Mac address could not be updated' red banner. I'm using a random Mac generated from the hellion site and the Mac begins with 01:1a:78 is that correct?

My route details now has 29 days left. Should I be logged in to the site in order for the change Mac to work? I don't have a login, so guessing not.
Thx

I'm in the same boat , paid the 108.00 for a year and no email , order number or anything.. It's been a few days.

I've ordered before for the 1 month service and get an email with login details within 1 hour. I've read where some people waited 3 WEEKS and finally gave up and had their bank reverse the charges.

I'm hoping this won't be an issue for me, but the more I read it looks like I may have stepped under a dark cloud with this order..

I read in another post where it was simply a case of iptv not being enabled on the account, this sounds like a simple fix if so and its a shame it takes so long. From what I gather, the guy who runs this service is busy with life priorities and I guess this is the price we pay for using this sort of service.

It's a shame that I have been unable to test out this service, I'm hoping that it's a good fit for my viewing requirements, and like yourself I'm likely to sign up for a year donation should the service meet my expectations.
Regards

Yeah well if you sell a service you either need to be on top of it and sell it , or not provide the service . I am a business owner and I know if I didn't provide my customers with their product when I said I would (24-48) hours I would zero customers by now.

Remember this, iptv can be used where ever wifi can be got so donations from all over the world may hit all at once and getting every body on board takes time.

Your Mac Address for KODI should be 00:1A:78 01: will more than likely not be accepted

Hi Tizer,
Thanks for your comments, however if you read my thread you'll see my problem is that I am unable to set my MAC on the iks66.tv site. I am searching for my donation and it's showing the right information however when I enter a unique MAC (created from https://www.hellion.org.uk/cgi-bin/randmac.pl?scope=global&oui=00:1A:78&type=multicast) it fails to make the change showing a red banner at the top of the page.

I also just wanted to clarify if the MAC address should begin with 01:1a:78 or 01:1a:79 - but I gather it's the former for kodi.
Regards

Wow, thank you! That was it. It's a shame that this isn't documented, or perhaps it's my poor eyesight!
Anyway thanks to everyone who posted and thanks to Tizer for fixing my issue :)
Now to try and get the kodi plugin installed.
Regards

And just to wrap up, I followed Tizer's instructions a few messages up using 00:1A:78 prefix on my MAC and installing the zip from epg.ninja and after rebooting I have live TV.
The quality is not the best, and I may end up sticking with a more expensive uk service (video add-on) which has HD channels until HD is available with IPTV.
But at least it works.
Thanks Tizer :)
