Rocket stuck on loading

I have linked my mac address on to my donations,(thats 2 of them) with rocket. My MAG254 is stucked on loading. This occurred since late saturday night, I have not been able to change this status. Is there any help available to me.

nothing has been changed it was working fine yesterday.

i always unplug mine and plug it back up instantly and it always comes up the 2nd time

This must be a problem on their side as everything was working 2 days ago and now both mine are stuck at loading also. Hopefully some info is given. Thanks

Make sure you check your information with what the server gave you when you signed up.

Hi Guys anyone found a fix for this issue as yet? I have the exact same problem I am using http://11.iptvrocket.tv.

Mine is still down as well. I deleted my STB and reloaded it, set up everything and got the message that the trial period is over. I used the wrong server address and changed it to the one that came for my donation and it is now still stuck on the loading screen. Very frustrating to say the least.
