IPTV66 stuck on blue progress bar

Hi,

I got a new account with iptv66. It is activated.

I entered the portal properly, mac address also. I am using the stb emulator on Android.

WHen I start it, it asks for user/pass. I provide the route# on both. After that, the blue progress bar comes and a little of it is filled with yellow and gets stuck. Nothing happens.

I contacted support. I tried this again. And same result.

Can anyone please help ?

Solved it by checking the option "Send device id"
