yes i do
Still having connection problems resulting in the error message 'Failure to stream URL'. I get this error 2-3 times a day. The connection is always down first thing in the morning after being idle. After the failure to load message, all enable/disable tries result in Unable to load channels, and then an IPTV reset is needed.. The FIX to load the channels is just an IPTV reset, but with so many errors, I sometimes exceed the limit of 3 for IPTV resets per day. This error is not a result of settings, but a hardware/network issue which cannot be resolved by our users.

Note...Tried leaving my box powered off, and in the morning at startup I get 'Unable to load channels', requiring another IPTV reset to load the channels.

Dara from the Forum suggested I call papiao to request a new Donation number as mine may be corrupted. I have not made any setting changes in 2 months since these problems started.

Please help me out here..

Mark Silverstein (I can provide my Donation # if you need it)

The stream will automatically time out after about 2 hours, so if you walk away and leave it playing when you return it's going to be frozen.

I believe they change the url for each channel every "x" hours to help stop the leechers, so the channel url info your box has is outdated when you return. As a result nothing will play because all of the associations are wrong at that point.

Stop the stream and shut down your box/kodi before going to bed. When you turn it on again it should reconnect without issue.

I find that if I leave my box running overnight, sometimes it will refuse to load any streams when I wake up, even though it still appears to be connected to the server. Rebooting the box or otherwise forcing a disconnect and reconnect to the server sorts it out 100% of the time.

I have never once had to do a reset. Ever.

Usually if you hit the ok button a couple of times (or otherwise restart the stream) it'll begin playing again without a problem. If you let the box sit for hours on end it'll often require a disconnect/reconnect to be able to get things going again.

The 2 hour timeout is annoying as heck though, and should be longer imho.

Did not work for me. Box was off all night, and when I turned it on it came up with the regular error 'Unable to load channels',
and then an IPTV reset is needed to connect.

It's possible that the donation account you are on may be screwed up at the server. You could send a note to [email protected], explaining what is going on, and that you aren't making any changes to your set-up, and request a different donation number. I don't have any other recommendations at this time, other than making sure your add-ons or boxes are using the latest versions. Some addons and emulators, particularly the labled 'NFPS' versions could have hashes that may be randomizing incorrectly and periodically, but that's just a wild ass guess.
