NFPS / Private Still down? Any service credit?

I don't know if it is just me. I have had the service almost 2 years now with limited issues. The last few days though I am only loading like 30 channels. Is the service down for everyone or did something change? Any way we can get some credit for the time the service has been down. This is getting almost unacceptable.

yesterday the service was very sketchy but today there have been no reports of issues, perhaps you need to reboot your router, after doing that don't forget to do a iptv reset.
