I'm getting this message when I tried to reload portal. I already provided my MAC address. I verified and it is the correct one. Does someone else have the same problem. Thank you.
 
Some are reporting up now so they may be adding mac addy as they go, or could be another difference with users like location ect, an hourly check and it may snap back up.
 
I had done that and still get the same message. I'm going to keep trying. Does someone else have the same problem?

i have done the reboot of the router and mag254 and still have the STB blocked message. i have read the info about the yechs are working on the problem. i do not know about others,but,my box has been down since late friday evening with the service. i understand we are still in testing mode and understand that things can breakdown. so let's keep out fingers,toes,eyes and anything else we can cross that they have success in restoring the service quickly.
