can someone help me here ??the channels load but most of the channels showing only black screen (only few business channels working).I tried solution posted somewhere about media player setting :checking send device ID and Use mac based device ID but the proble persisted any solution ??

Im seeing the first category menu that shows Entertainment, Music, Sport etc but as soon as I click one I dont see the next menu, I only see a Black screen.
If I change the player from external to auto I then get to see the channels.
Auto gives sound delay and is not in sync so I need external.
Anybody else had this problem?

There is an STB area farther down the home page. You might want to take a look around there and do some reading.
To see the menu I need to change the player to auto, then enter the menu (I can now see the list) and then change the player back (this needs to be done everytime you go back to the main menu.
However it doesn't matter which player I choose, I can only play 5% of the channels, the others are a black screen and don't even show they are attempting to play as when I click them, the channel that is already playing doesn't stop but continues to play.
When searched there are many threads reporting this problem but no solution suggested works.

the blackscreen happen often when portal freez up while loading options 1. reboot the box whit stb open ( unplug power cord wait 15 sec plug back)
2. stb reset clear cache for the app and clear data star over update and reconfigure)
3.iptv reset change mac and create a new profile in the stb emulator.
for the one whit channel loading and player recomend clear cache clear data and re install updated version whit player patch and fixes.
