yes i do
My friend is getting the STB Blocked message on Mag 254 on s1. I updated the route and Portal, and put my Mac in and mine works with s2. Then I put my friends Mac back in, and had him update to s2 but he is still getting STB Blocked. Oh forgot to mention he has a second Mag 254 on s2 that was also blocked so I updated the route and it worked. He has separate routes for each box. My possible next suggestion to him would be to reboot his router. But first thought run this by you guy just in case missed something. Thanks

you can not do it thru reseller panel. You would have to log on to each code separately thru the code's Order number (or Cient ID) and Route number.
Log on to the code at website and then you will see the Portal Change option.

I am experiencing this same problem and tried every solution I have found so far without success.
Tried a different stb and MAC. Changed the portal address; reflashed the box and nothing has worked.
Open to suggestions on what to try next.

You mentioned changing portals and stuff.... But you didn't mention doing just a simple reset of the service. That is what works it seems. Happened to me last renewal. My fault from letting it get so close to expiring. That all said, this time I renewed two days ahead. No interruption in service and still have the same day of the month as an expiration date for next month. Anyway, enough babble. Try a reset at the site and make sure the box is unplugged. My mag never really does shutdown unless unplugged. Worked for me might do it for you.
