Guys.. to those who have the NFPS/Rocket sub. How's the stream buffering and quality ? I had severe buffering starting around evening every day during the trial run.
I am hesitant paying for something like that. Any input is appreciated. Will they offer a refund if it doesn't work out ? Anyone know. Thanks

If you are got buffering in the evening every day, you'll probably get the same buffering... especially if you are on a cable ISP. Check with your isp, saying that you are getting buffering when using Netflix or something but my neighbors aren't, and they might send out a tech to check your connection. Do your research, one of the services supported here do monthly subs.

Do the speed tests from a server hosted by your isp. Do a test in the morning and then one around 3 in the afternoon and then one around the time you got the buffering. It's important to grab the test from a speed/test server the isp has up because that will give you the most accurate results.

Does anyone else get audio drop outs using PVR stalker? Ive set it up on a PC, Fire TV stick and a samsung galaxy S4 and on every channel the audio drops out for half a second every 10 seconds or so. Ive tried it on 1.iptvprivateserver.tv and 1.iptvrocket.tv with the epg from is.gd/NFPSF (tried E aswell). The channels run fine through ivue or the iptv stalker addon but they have less functionality.

I get the same drop outs. Not sure why.. going to see if I get the same running just the stalker video add-on. Still super happy with the service :)

Guys,

Is it possible to use your own channel logos instead of the low quality (and incorrect) ones displayed? I can't see anything in the Stalker PVR Client settings that allows you to disable the channel logos so that I can use my custom ones via Kodi's Live TV settings. Maybe I am missing something?

Thank you.

Right Click on a channel in the pvr or bring up context menu with 'c', select 'channel manager' then click on logo. Directory tree will display, just point to directory where you have your own logos; click 'enter' and 'ok' and you're done.

The problem is that you will have to set a logo one by one for each channel using the channel manager. It's gonna take me all day to set a channel logo for every single channel, you can't just select a directory and have Kodi rescan for logos.

That's true. And god forbid you have to clear the cache at anytime for any reason... pvr stalker doesn't remember your changes. I can't tell you how many times I have hidden channels that I don't want to see. I takes about 20 minutes to hide all the ones I'm not interested in. But I do like the default logos much better than the ones I used to use. As far as I can remember, the logos didn't change once they were set. I put the directory that had the icons as a file source and it made it much easier to set up when I used iptv simple client.

UMMM theres no link.... am i stupid or something??

The OP no longer has a link to the latest version of the PVR Stalker because it is built into Kodi 15.0 and above.

Look in the Kodi Tutorial section for a thread that talks about the PVR stalker if you need to download the modified version, but that isn't necessary for most users.

Could anyone help me get this going on tvmc? I have a generic android box and it does not like kodi . I have tried downloading different arm versions to try and add to tvmc and I get dependencies not met or incorrect file structure. What am I doing wrong?

TVMC is based on Kodi 14.2, so you probably can't get PVR Stalker to work with it, at least the newer versions. I'll see if I have an archived version of .6 or .7 that might work on TVMC but I suspect I may not be able to load it here. The author might have deleted his archive as well. There might be a link somewhere here for it in this huge thread.
