Right lopez, like almost everyone else, I started getting "Authorization failed. Retrying" notifications before eventually connecting midday yesterday and by mid-afternoon it would not connect at all. I did everything here to make sure that the problem was not on my end, came here, and verified that it was a system wide problem.
I tried several times today and by 10:30 it logged on but was "Unable to load guide". OK, I thought, they are making progress. I reloaded every so often to see if the guide would load and -surprise- by 1pm it was back to "Auth failed" (twice) each time!
I am having trouble understanding why NFPS is having this problem. It was not a surprise; they announced the coming change about two months ago and had to have been planning it longer than that. I can understand why people are losing patience, mine is wearing thin too. They've taken the money for a service that they can't seem to provide. They also suggested that HD channels were coming with the login changes and we have yet to see a single one.
There is nothing we can do but wait and hope.
