NFPS / Private Sound and no picther

I am on 4private server and get sound no pitcher . Can you help me .
And I have 5 private server get pitcher and no sound . Can you help to get 1 back up if not all up .

I have no audio and some channel keep freezing, can I get some help

In both cases, I would reboot everything, but most importantly your device. The device with channel issues might try an IPTV Reset if the issues continue after a reboot.
