yes I do
Finally got my mag254 working on Saturday after the N/A problem. Yesterday (Sunday) worked fine in the morning and afternoon, in the evening decided to watch a movie, got the grid but none of the movie names, checked the tv option and same thing..grid but no channels. Rebooted the box and got the 'Authentication' error. Doing an 'IPTV Reset' cured the problem.

Today I get the same problem only this time I get this message so can't do a reset (my comments in red)

There's an error, You cant reset this MAC
for one of the following reason:
You can't reset a mac without status Running. my status says running
You cant reset the same mac more than 3 times on a day. once yesterday zero today
You can't made more than 15 reset 1 a day. is that 15 times a month ??
This I got the first time I tried the IPTV reset today. I only did it once yesterday (and it worked) and the first time I tried it today I get the red banner with the message. The mac checker says my mac is in use so I assume it is still the same.

Is it my box, it's new..less than a month... has the latest firmware and while I was down with the N/A problem I found a place that gave me a 3 day trial and I did not have any problems with them. Before Feb 14th ( when the N/A problems started) it worked perfectly.

Is it just IPTV66 that is having problems or do NFPS and Rocket have a similar system. As I cannot change the mac on the mag254, if it's gonna get locked out after 15 resets and it needs the reset because of server-side problems I don't think this is gonna work for me. Any advice welcome... thanks.

Just noticed on the status page my mac is 00:00:00:00:00:00 so I tried to link my mac and it says
Mac Address Already Exists

Well... after having the problem fixed on Tuesday evening, this morning (Thursday) back to square one... MAC all zeros and 'this mac is in use' message when I try to correct it. They need to investigate why the MAC's are going to zeros, not just update the info as it's gonna happen again. All I did last night is power off the box and this morning SOL.

gonna have to take a snapshot of your mag receivers MAC addy, prolly on bottom of receiver .
Send that to server guys thru email. Title the email so they know what tihs is about.
Example for title -- MAC snapshot

OK will do.... my point is unless they find out why it changes it's gonna continue messing up.... all they do is update the info in their system.. not fix their problem.

not true. they have and are doing much. They as they go, also gave to some staff the abilities to get on the panel and fix or see things.
They have and are doing much to have this system 100%
