Setup help kcmood

if you got r10 down load you need to set bio's (tv setting)next then do set up
I did all that again. I have the r10 showing and I did the set up. Still no tv. I discovered something tho-when it comes up with menu after rebooting the mag is off thats why I am not getting anything I guess. when I turn it on it says no connection. I am assuming bright blue lite is on and dim blue light is off. Correct me if I am wrong. I have asked this question before, hope I didn't misunderstand. On setup when I click on General, do I put timeserver.pool.ntp.org or do I leave the timeserver word off? I left it off. Also on the inner portal my temperature is in F but on the menu page it is in C. Why is that?

first thing I want you to do is edit your post to remove your mac addy.
Then I want you to turn off your box, unplug the power jack and remove the RJ-45 Ethernet cable, then unplug your modem and router if you have a router..
then boot up the modem, wait for it to fully come up and then boot the router, wait, then plug in Ethernet cable to box and turn on..
