Setting up the HD5

I still don't have the iks66, but it's still working on the old box. I changed the MAC address on the website so hoping I'm just waiting for them ?? When I go to the portal, it just says something like "cannot connect to server". Since the old box is still working, I'm hoping that's the issue.
 
on buzz hd5 box enter your portal then go to provider site and remove old Mac address and enter Mac from hd5. then hit reset on provider site. now go back to buzztv hd5 box and connected and you should be good.
 
Did that yesterday, before I got stuck on the blue screen. Re-did it now, still not connected. But the old box is still working. When that stops, hoping the new box will connect. Don't know how long it will take for the service to transfer.
